Using the technique of glassblowing, Yoshihiko Takahashi creates works that harness the forces of gravity and centrifugal motion, resulting in forms that are both natural and elegant. His glasses fit comfortably in the hand and enhance the taste of beverages, captivating many as ¡Èusable art¡É that enriches everyday life. Born in Tokyo in 1958, Takahashi studied at Tama Art University and honed his craft in Germany before establishing his own studio in Sagamihara, Kanagawa.
